office42 architecture is working in partnership with The Win Project to create a ground-up apartment building with 5 affordable housing units. These 2-story freestanding live/work buildings will provide residents the opportunity to run their businesses out of their homes in the city of Compton. The lot also includes a two-car garage for each tenant, outdoor space, and commercial visitor parking.
