A bridge housing project for the City of Los Angeles, The Willows received the AIA Award for Excellence in Public Architecture. In Collaboration with GGA Architects+ and LA Family Housing, office42 architecture provided the interiors for this 75-bed interim housing development in the west San Fernando Valley, which services individuals and couples experiencing homelessness. The Bridge Home facility includes staff offices, outdoor space, a dining hall, and sleeping quarters with lounges for women, men, and couples. Additionally, there are acoustical tiles, wall graphics, and window decals finishing the space.
