Project Homekey: office42 designed the conversion of a manager unit to office spaces and other site amenities to meet the developer's needs for Project Homekey use. PSH: office42 architecture is working with LA Family Housing to convert an existing 49-suite motel into a 91-unit apartment building. The building will be 40 rehabilitation units and 51 new units in an additional ground-up building. Formerly-unhoused residents will live in this Permanent Supportive Housing building where they will have access to on-site resources, community room, and ample outdoor space including a dog park.
