The residential component includes a mix of 3 studio units, 18 one- bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units, and 8 three-bedroom units. The development features a range of amenities designed to foster community engagement and support tenants’ needs, including a community room with a television and lounge area, a community kitchen, laundry facilities, library, a computer room, a gym, and a landscaped outdoor courtyard. o42 architecture’s interior design team provided furnishings and fixtures for each residential unit as well as the offices, courtyard and community spaces on the property.
