In collaboration with designer Brooks Atwood from POD Design, this contemporary house and front-yard pool were crafted from scratch for a couple and their three children. Positioned on a Silverlake hillside, this two-story residence maximizes views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels grace the primary suite and deck, while a shifted-box concept creates an architectural statement. The open area on the ground floor connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen. A central skylight bathes the kitchen in radiance. Sliding glass doors open to the front deck and bio-pool, blending interior and exterior spaces. This well-designed home offers modern aesthetics, a functional layout, and breathtaking views for an enhanced living experience.
