This 3,300 sf. commercial tenant improvement project in an historic building in Downtown LA was created as the new Los Angeles headquarters for a philanthropic foundation. With custom mill-work and cabinetry, our design added a modern complement to the original historical elements of the building, such as the brick and marble. The updated kitchen and finishes, including floors, interior windows, and acoustic panels provide a feeling of community.
